Birlo Reservations records payments, refunds and references. The reconciliation module helps identify differences between the ledger and online payments.

Charges and extras

During the stay you can add charges, discounts and adjustments. In multi-room bookings, a charge can be assigned to a specific room while maintaining a single contractual account.

Folio

The folio summarizes the financial side of the stay. Before closing it, check that balance, charges and payments are consistent.

Invoicing

Configure issuer details, series and numbering before issuing invoices. Tax settings should be adapted to the legal obligations of the business.
